Located in MidCity, the yoga room at Selah Studio has its own exterior entrance from the parking lot & can hold 5 people practicing yoga. You can also book a private session in this room.

Parking is in front of or on the left side of the building. To exit the parking lot, circle behind the Volunteers of America building on the left to come back out on Canal.

Another option for private sessions is a counselor’s office at Full Life in Metairie.

You can park in the lot behind the building & enter through the central courtyard. We’re in the building farthest from the interstate, on the 3rd floor; the elevator is just inside the entrance. I’ll meet you in the waiting room.

Swan River is a traditional yoga studio in MidCity. It was once a city library; we practice in the old stacks room. You’ll notice large murals, including depictions of Hindu gods & goddesses. The mural in this pic is a WPA work created for the library depicting the written word throughout history.

Here, we benefit from the huge, beautiful space & many kinds of yoga props, if you’d like to use them. This space is more open than the others, with people sometimes walking through to go to a massage on the 2nd floor or a private session on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

There’s a parking lot behind the building on S. Gayoso Street. Enter on the ground floor on Canal; we practice on the 2nd floor.
